Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BoTik, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BoTik is a service that connects to TikTok Live streams and converts chat messages to speech using AI-powered text-to-speech technology. BoTik also provides features including voice cloning, AI avatars, sticker generation, music control, live translation, and gift sound effects.

3. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

BoTik Premium is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payments are handled by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal — BoTik never sees or stores your card details.

  • Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel it.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
  • Refunds: if Premium is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it. Refunds after that are at our discretion.
  • Prices include tax: the amount shown is the amount you pay. Where we are registered to collect VAT or sales tax, it is already included.
  • One-off purchases: gifted Premium, BoTik Credits and Marketplace items are single purchases and never renew.
  • Failed payments: we retry a failed payment and email you about it. If it still cannot be collected within 14 days, the account returns to the Free plan.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
  • You are responsible for all content that is transmitted through your use of the service

5. Third-Party Services

BoTik integrates with third-party services including TikTok, ElevenLabs, PayPal, Google, and YouTube. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

BoTik and its licensors exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content ('BoTik IP'). BoTik IP is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws worldwide. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of BoTik IP is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Processing License

By using BoTik, you grant BoTik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to collect, store, process, and use your content and data (including TikTok chat messages, voice recordings, and account information) solely to provide and improve the service. This license is limited to what is necessary to operate the service and does not grant BoTik the right to sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of BoTik
  • Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the service without prior written consent
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing access to the service
  • Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with security features or access controls
  • Using the service to train, fine-tune, or build competing AI or machine-learning models

9. Limitation of Liability

BoTik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Privacy Policy.
